Like you, presumably, I simply want the BEST price when shopping Online.
And it seems you get the best deals by using PayPal* or your Credit Card, purchasing direct from certain preferred Merchants in the USA.

Although prices will be fairly similar at most "on TV" web sites, my Recommended Supplier is a well established online businesses, run by people in whom I now trust. A preferred merchant, generally providing better deals and lower prices, than a few others.

If Competition forces such businesses to sell at very low margins - some may not remain in existence for very long.
And if they cease trading, you might, of course, experience delivery problems.
I can guarantee no one's performance but my own - so to online shoppers,
I simply recommend suppliers who don't let ME down.

I really enjoy the convenience of Internet Shopping and we regularly place orders for piano tuning supplies from Canada, clothing from USA, health products from NZ. In more than 7 years online, we've never had an anxious moment. Others may have been less fortunate.

Your OzPianoman spends a fair bit of time outdoors these days.
Some months ago I took up LAWN BOWLS and became an avid fan.
No longer simply an old persons pursuit or pastime; Lawn Bowls now attracts young people en masse and it's becoming a Big Money sport worldwide!

Championships are being contested by 14 year olds. 19 year olds are turning Pro... Australia's Bowling success by the Commonwealth Games team rested almost entirely upon a select group of super athlete 25 year old guys 'n chicks. And serious sports men and women in their 30s and 40s are now flocking to the game...

My sports prediction?
You thought Tennis was BIG ?
Just wait till America gets into LAWN BOWLS !!!

I'd been reading up on eyewear technology developed during the space program, by NASA scientists, for astronauts exposed to the dangers up there - and decided to try these special Blue Blocker lenses reported to screen out the "harmful" blue, violet and ultraviolet light - and claimed to "enhance" one's vision.

Here in Australia we need all the Sun protection we can get! That huge ozone hole stretching all the way up from Antartica is causing Aussie sun lovers a lot of grief...
