HOLIDAY ?
Certainly enjoyed mine ! Stayed at Oxenford on Queensland's Gold Coast
not far from the popular theme parks ... and walking distance to Movie World itself.
Just had to tell you about my new friends Gai and her husband Roy -
who provide some luxurious, worry free accomodation, at ridiculously low prices compared to what I had seen elsewhere.
A few minutes up the road from Surfers Paradise -
Nice, quiet location, away from the traffic and the noise.
Lovely house, lovely people, beaut bed ...
AFFORDABLE !?!! (car rental cost me more...)
You can stay as a guest in Roy and Gai's own home,
feed the kookaburras, put your feet up (or put 'em in their pool)
Take a hike, see the sights, visit the Sites?
Two weeks I was there.
What a nice place to Come Home To each day!
